10% non-refundable down payment due at conclusion of auction. Balance due at closing on or before 30 days. Possession of crop land will occur after 2022 harvest. Buyer will be required to enter into a cash purchase contract that is not contingent upon financing. Be sure to have your financing secured before the auction.
Survey will be provided by Seller if required by County. Regular staking by surveyor and at their discretion. Any additional staking requested by purchaser will be paid by purchaser. This includes if property is bought as a whole and buyer wishes to make splits with others. It will be at buyer’s cost. Including deed and title work.
